Preventive Dentistry

The best way to keep your mouth healthy is with consistent care and cleaning as well as regular dental checkups. We offer preventive services including exams, cleanings, and fluoride treatments, to stop dental problems before they start.

  • Initial Oral Examination

Every new patient who visits our office will receive an initial exam, which includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, x-rays, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Our comprehensive set of x-rays includes images of both the entire mouth and the back teeth specifically, to allow for proper diagnosis of any decay.

  • Sealants

Dental sealants are thin protective coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of the molars. These surfaces are naturally pitted and can provide a safe harbor for bacteria, leading to tooth decay. Dental sealants prevent decay in this area by closing off the natural pits and crevices of your teeth and providing a smooth, easily cleaned surface for your molars.

  • Scaling and Root Planing

If dental plaque is not removed quickly enough, it leaches minerals from the teeth and hardens into tartar. Tartar, or dental calculus, cannot be removed by normal brushing, and requires the attention of a dental professional. We offer scaling and root planing to remove tartar above and below the gum-line, which will brighten your teeth and prevent further decay or infection.

Cosmetic Dentistry

A beautiful smile is key to self-confidence and will help you keep your appearance at its best. We provide an assortment of cosmetic dentistry services to keep your smile bright.

  • Cosmetic Contouring

Even if your teeth are healthy, shapely, and well-spaced, their appearance can be altered by uneven or excessive gum tissue. We offer cosmetic contouring or “gum lifts” to correct undesirable gum growth, allowing the natural beauty of your teeth to shine through.

  • Crowns and Bridges

Crowns are synthetic caps placed on the top of a tooth to restore its function and appearance, either to replace large portions of a tooth damaged by decay or following a restorative procedure such as a root canal. Crowns are custom made for your mouth out of a material such as porcelain, which is both strong enough to withstand use and bright enough to look like a natural tooth. Read More…

  • Invisalign®

Invisalign’s® invisible aligners can replace traditional braces to give both teenagers and adults the beautiful straight teeth they’ve always wanted. They are comfortable, removable, and best of all, no one can tell you’re wearing them. Read More…

  • Teeth Whitening

Teeth can darken over time, either through staining or through the exposure of the darker dentin beneath worn enamel. We provide professional whitening procedures which can restore stained, dull, or discolored teeth, and do so more quickly and effectively than over-the-counter treatments. Read More…

  • Veneers

Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or plastic applied to the front of your teeth to change their color or shape. Veneers can visibly repair chipped, discolored, crooked, oddly shaped, and uneven teeth, in some cases substituting for braces and always leaving your smile bright and beautiful. Read More…

Restorative Dentistry

If your teeth are already suffering from damage or decay, we offer a variety of options for repair.

  • Bonding

Dental bonding is a fast, affordable solution to many dental problems, from chips and stains to cracked and broken teeth. This cosmetic dentistry technique allows you to be on your way in under an hour per tooth.

  • Cosmetic Fillings

To treat cavities and restore your teeth to their natural healthy appearance, we offer tooth-colored fillings composed of composite resins. Composite resin fillings offer several advantages over traditional metal amalgam fillings, the first of which is their bright and pleasing appearance.

  • Dental Implants

Implants are small metal posts that are placed in the jaw, in the area that would normally be occupied by the root of a missing tooth. They act as a foundation for dental prosthetics, including an artificial tooth or a permanent bridge. In cases where many teeth have been lost, implants can also be used to attach dentures. • Extractions

Where teeth are too damaged to be saved, we offer tooth extractions, along with options for tooth replacement.

  • Root Canal Therapy

Root canals are tiny branching passageways which run vertically from beneath the top of the tooth, all the way to the tips of the tooth’s roots. These passageways are filled with soft tissue which can become infected. If this happens, the root canals need to be cleaned out and filled to prevent further decay, a process which is called root canal therapy. Read More…

  • Specialty Dentures

If you are missing teeth due to age or tooth decay, we offer custom-fitted dentures for the greatest comfort and functionality. We also provide dental implants for bridges or fixed dentures, creating a solid, secure bite so that you can eat, speak, and smile securely.
